While I waited, I sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine and breeze. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional—overall, a quick and pleasant experience! Even though I had an appointment, I noticed others walked in and received the same great service. I’m sure they prefer you to schedule ahead, but it’s not required.
