My experience with Evans was absolutely stellar. Excellent work and even more excellent service. I was in town visiting family, and my alternator went kaput. I was stranded! My cousins Katie and Matt, said Evans would take care of me, and they were so right. I was able to get the car to their parking lot and left it, as it was a Sunday. First thing Monday at 8am they answered the phone right away. They said it would be a challenge for time, but that they would do everything they could to get me back on the road by the end of the day (the model of my car has difficult and complicated access for the battery and alternator). They kept me updated throughout the day, and they had my car ready before 3! I was so grateful and relieved. All of the staff there were so helpful, accommodating and polite, especially Caleb. I highly recommend Evans.
