I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for thee BEST Automotive Service I honestly have EVER had received.. I had an unfortunate experience before coming into Evans last Monday. I had decided over the weekend that I would stop in first thing Monday to see if they could assist me as I was scheduled to travel shortly and put faith that all would flow how it was to go. I was met by Justin who listened.. and took in all that I had asked of them to check out..and had ended up calling a few others times to add some extra things on.. as well as ‘checked in’ to see how things were proceeding. Understanding that at times.. when your car is being checked out.. you just might need to take care of something else.. which was the case …. I appreciated how that was handled.. professional.. and truly caring about the customer.. I was told Matthew was the main tech who worked on my car.. I want to acknowledge and thank him.. Had a great experience with Evans Automotive in St Augustine . I originally went to Hanania Jeep (huge mistake)in town, because Evans Automotive was closed for Christmas and I was desperate. Hanania quoted me $1300-1600 for ignition and new keys ( keys weren't needed). I felt very pressured there and left, and waited for Evans to reopen. Evans repaired my 2016 Jeep for $596. The service was excellent, with no pressure. They did only what was needed and no upsell. Evans stands out for their integrity, great service and high quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and affordable repairs. ( If they happen to be closed, just be patient because it's worth the wait :))
